Craig Eberle and his team are the BEST in the business in Southern Indiana. We had a lot/land for sale for 2 years with another quality agent. It was a unique property and we knew it might take some time to sell, but the listing had kinda gone stale. Craig had listed a similar competing property in the area and had it sold before we even noticed it was on the market. It was then that I knew I had to give Craig a call and make a change. Everything was top notch from the beginning. From the quality photos, great marketing, ease of communication. He had it under contract inside of 4 months. We couldn't be happier. I have referred friends to them as well and they shared the same quality service from the team. They are my go to agents in Southern Indiana. Will continue to send friends and family there way.
