Top 5 Spring Cleaning Hacks

Did you know we just gave away a $300 professional home cleaning? Well, if you missed it maybe these tips will help. (and next time make sure you're email is subscribed so you don't miss the good stuff!) My suggestion: Find a teenager to test these 5 cleaning tips to see if they work... except for the last one.
- To get grease stains out of clothes, rub flour or baby powder into the stain, then wash as normal. Extra points if the teenager remembers to fold it.
- To clean greasy pans, fill with water and heat for 10 minutes, then simply wipe away with dish soap.
- Sprinkle a fine layer of baking soda on the bottom of your dishwasher with a cup of vinegar in the top rack. Run-on hottest setting. Much better than a science project volcano and more useful.
- Get rid of bathtub rings by putting salt on half of a grapefruit and rubbing away. Can also use on faucets, coffee pots and produce great toddler faces.
- Fill a spray bottle with vodka. Spraying on your furniture and mattresses will kill germs and prevent bacteria. Drinking from the spray bottle is not recommended but optional.
